REPORTS
Trend business ideas, checked with 100 synthetic consumers.
Each report starts from a trend whose rise we measured, digs out why people react to it, designs one idea, and asks 100 synthetic consumers before settling on a price and a target customer. Written first in Korean by BizForge, our Korean edition, and translated here. The ideas are yours to take.

Fiber supplement searches up 53% — the business is in the first two weeks
Fiber is being called "the next protein" in the US, but people quit fiber supplements in the first two weeks. We measured the trend, designed a 28-day ramp kit, and ran it past 100 synthetic US customers on ducira. 99 of 100 have the problem, 72 of 100 would pay $29, and the founder call was to adjust course.
Idea: Thirty — a 28-day fiber ramp kit that steps the daily dose up gradually · $29 one-time starter kit (72 of 100 would buy), down from a $39 hypothesis (37 of 100)

Home-care searches up 39% in a year — parent care is coming
Nursing-home searches in Korea spiked once and fell back, while home-visit care climbed all year. We looked at the adult children behind those searches, designed one service for them, and asked 100 synthetic consumers what they would pay.
Idea: Care Map — a 48-hour written answer for families facing a parent-care decision · ₩49,000 (about $35) per report, down from a ₩99,000 hypothesis

Indoor-date searches exploded — a business dug out of decision fatigue
"Summer indoor date" searches in Korea rose 81,800% as heatwaves closed the outdoors. Behind them we found decision fatigue, designed a weekly envelope that finishes the weekend plan, and asked 100 synthetic consumers whether that is worth ₩9,900 a month.
Idea: This Week With You — a couples' subscription postcard that decides this weekend's indoor date · ₩9,900 (about $7) a month for four weekly postcards

"Can my dog eat peach?" searches tripled — a "just one bite" business
In Korea, searches for "dog peach" tripled while "dog treats" cooled. We designed an NFC fridge card that answers "can my dog eat this?" in three seconds — and 100 synthetic consumers rewrote the business model from a subscription to a one-time kit.
Idea: Before One Bite — a fridge NFC card that answers "can my dog eat this, how much, how to prep it" in three seconds · ₩9,900 (about $7) one-time starter kit with a vet-reviewed mark; subscription only after testing

The creatine boom, poured into morning coffee
Creatine reached Korea's dollar stores and searches grew 1.7x in a year. Price is solved; the gaps left are measuring, washing, and forgetting. We designed a coffee stick with 3 g of creatine in it and asked 100 synthetic consumers what they would pay.
Idea: Morningtin Coffee Stick — black coffee with an exact 3 g of creatine, 30 sticks a month · ₩22,000 (about $16) a month, first month ₩18,900 (about $14)

Mounjaro diet searches up 46,850% — the gap beside the drug
In Korea, Mounjaro overtook Wegovy in search and "Mounjaro diet" shot up 46,850%. We dug out what people who suddenly eat less actually need, designed a bite-size nutrition cube for them, and asked 100 synthetic consumers what they would pay.
Idea: Bite Stack — a subscription of bite-size nutrition cubes for people who eat less · ₩29,900 (about $21) a month, plus a ₩9,900 (about $7) first-month starter pack
