- No. Surveys ask people to rate your idea. These steps make 100 people ask you questions, then make your answers fail — that is where the real problem hides.
- How long does a run take?
- About 20 minutes of AI time across the seven steps, plus however long you spend deciding between them. Most founders finish in an evening.
- What do I get at the end?
- A First customer report: one person from the corpus, the problem they have, what they do about it now, whether they would pay, and the questions to open a real conversation this week.
- Are the 100 customers real people?
- No. They are synthetic personas built on US Census distributions, picked because their lives match your idea. Treat every result as a rehearsal, and take the kill conditions to five real customers before you spend.
- What happens to my idea?
- It stays in your account. The public reports on this site come only from our own test projects, never from yours.
