What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details, stored with our database and authentication provider (Supabase).
- Project data: the business ideas, answers, and other text you enter, and the output the Service generates for you.
- Usage data: credit transactions, request logs, and basic technical information (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service, meter credits, prevent abuse, fix problems, and improve the product. Your project text is sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google and Anthropic) to generate output; we do not use your project text to train our own models, and we configure providers so that your data is processed for your requests only, to the extent their terms allow.
Synthetic personas
The consumer personas used by the Service are synthetic (NVIDIA Nemotron-Personas-USA, CC BY 4.0). They are not real individuals and contain no real personal data.
Cookies
We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. On our public pages (home, playbooks, reports, pricing, help, legal) we also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read; it does not run on the app screens or on survey forms, and we do not use its advertising features. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and project data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing support@ducira.com; we delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights. We do not sell your personal data.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
