Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ducira at ducira.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is operated by Entology (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. What the Service does
ducira generates research-style output about a business idea using large language models and a corpus of synthetic consumer personas. The personas are not real people, and the output is a simulation intended to help you think, not a prediction, a guarantee, or professional (legal, financial, or investment) advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
3. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. The Service meters usage in credits. Credits granted for free have no cash value. Where credits can be purchased, prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds for purchased credits follow our Refund Policy. Unused credits may expire only if we say so at the time of purchase.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, text, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to operate the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers that generate output for you. You may use the output for any lawful purpose. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or security; scrape or bulk-export the persona corpus; use the Service to harass, deceive, or discriminate; or resell the Service without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may change or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
